Allison joined the BC Brain Wellness Program in September of 2026. Born and raised in Ottawa, Allison moved to Nova Scotia to complete her Human Kinetics degree at St. Francis Xavier University. After graduation in 2023, Allison moved to Vancouver for a new opportunity. She began working in an exercise clinic where she gained her experience working with individuals living with chronic health conditions and prescribing exercise to support them. Allison wrote and passed her Clinical Exercise Physiologist exam through the American College of Sport Medicine in February of 2026. 

Allison strives to provide exceptional care and make a meaningful impact in the work she does. Allison's passion is to help as many people as possible to engage in physical activity and sport, no matter their abilities, circumstance, or starting point. She truly believes that movement is medicine! 

Outside of work you can find Allison volunteering her time with BC Special Olympics, open water swimming, running and cycling all over Vancouver.
