The Participant Advisory Committee: Call out for new applications!

The Participant Advisory Committee (PAC) is a select group of Brain Wellness Program (BWP) participants who are helping improve the program through their input. The PAC was created to provide a participant perspective towards a comprehensive and integrated approach to brain wellness. The PAC meets once a month on Zoom to discuss a variety of BWP initiatives and programs, with feedback being sent directly back to the BWP team.

The PAC is composed of a diverse range of participants and includes people living with chronic brain conditions, healthy agers and caregivers who participate in the BWP. The valuable first-hand feedback the PAC provides to the BWP is used to inform participant-driven change. Whether it’s providing their perspective on BWP program delivery, class content, fundraising ideas, research seminar topics or website design, the PAC is integral to the improvement and success of the program. Check out the current PAC members on our website by clicking here. We have had a wonderful year with the 2022-2023 PAC cohort, and are calling out for new participants to fill 5 positions on the 2023-2024 PAC!

To apply to be part of the PAC for the 2023-2024 term, please fill out the application linked below. We strongly encourage a wide range of applicants from all ages, backgrounds, and health states. No experience is needed.
