Strength & Balance Level 1


A gentle, total body class designed for individuals with limited mobility or significant balance challenges. This class is primarily seated, with optional supported standing movements for those who are able. The exercises in this class will focus on improving posture, joint mobility, basic strength, and improve confidence in movement. This class is ideal for those who rely on a walking aid or who feel unsteady when standing without support. No equipment is required but light hand weights may be used for seated strengthening exercises.
