Strength & Balance Level 2
A full-body class designed for individuals who can stand but require support from a walker or a high-backed chair to maintain balance. Exercises are primarily completed in a standing position while holding onto a stable surface, with seated options always available as needed. This class focuses on improving posture, lower-body and upper-body strength, and confidence in supported standing balance.
This class is ideal for participants who are working on transitioning from seated exercise to more upright activity but still require consistent support to feel safe. No floor work is included. Light dumbbells or hand weights are encouraged but not required.
