Strength & Balance Level 3


A full-body class designed for individuals who can stand and walk independently and who have only minor balance challenges. Exercises are completed in a fully standing position, with the option to use a chair or table for stability during more dynamic balance tasks. This class focuses on improving strength, postural alignment, and confidence in unsupported standing and moving activities.

This class is ideal for participants who no longer need consistent support but may benefit from having a stable surface nearby during challenging movements. No floor work is included. Light dumbbells, resistance bands, or other hand weights may be used for strengthening, but they are not required.
