Marcia has always been passionate about movement, with a lifelong involvement in sports and a love for hiking that continues to this day. Her active lifestyle laid the foundation for a deep appreciation of physical wellness. While studying at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, Marcia discovered a strong interest in helping others experience the many benefits of exercise—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Today, Marcia can often be found in the gym supporting others on their fitness journeys or out exploring the breathtaking mountains of British Columbia. Her mission is to inspire people to find joy in movement and lead healthier, more active lives.
