Dr. Diana Liu is a certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Daring to Rest Facilitator, Dentist (specializing in Dental Sleep Medicine), and Adult Sleep Coach on the Sunshine Coast BC.
These modalities helped her recover from insomnia, burnout, and musculoskeletal disorder as it taught her the healing power of the parasympathetic nervous system, deep rest, and replenishing our mind, body, and spirit. She has been teaching yoga and meditation for over a decade, and sharing various practices and modalities to guide people back home to remember the innate wisdom and intelligence of their bodies, breath, and deep rest
