Exercise + Nutrition Collab
Join us for a fun, energizing session that brings together movement and nutrition to help you feel your best before, during, and after exercise.
We’ll start with a 20-minute interactive nutrition segment led by dietitian Raihan and dietetics student Diana, where you’ll learn simple, practical ways to fuel your body: covering hydration, pre-workout energy, and post-workout recovery.
Then, kinesiologist Matt will guide you through a 20-minute exercise session designed to get your body moving and boost your energy.
We’ll wrap up by preparing quick, balanced snacks together so you can see how to put these strategies into practice - helping you feel stronger and recover with confidence!
