Our Classes
One-on-One Exercise
Our one-on-one kinesiology sessions are designed for individuals living with a chronic brain condition who are seeking personalized support to improve physical function, confidence, and overall well-being through exercise.
Each participant begins with an initial intake session, where we review your health history and conduct physical assessments to better understand your current ability, needs, and goals. From there, we develop an individualized exercise plan that incorporates evidence-based, multimodal approaches - integrating functional strength, aerobic conditioning, balance, and agility training.
Our team of exercise professionals offers a range of services to support both your physical and cognitive health. We provide personalized training and fitness conditioning tailored to your individual goals, along with injury assessments and active rehabilitation to promote safe and effective recovery. The program also incorporates boxing training - a stimulating and engaging approach to improve coordination and cardiovascular fitness. Through targeted exercise and functional assessments, we focus on enhancing movement patterns, addressing pain or imbalances, to help you move better, feel stronger, and thrive on your brain wellness journey.
Sessions are offered both in-person on UBC Vancouver campus and virtually over video call.
