Writing to Discharge the Tough Stuff and Boost Creativity


Participants will join other writers (Yes, WE CAN ALL BE WRITERS) wishing to express themselves and set aside self-judgement with an intention to discharge hard experiences. Participants will be inspired to use varied writing practices and prompts each week to boldly record what their body may want to express. Each week, participants will be invited to get out of their head, and use writing as a means to learn mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal skills, while sparking joy through expressing their unique creativity.
