Exercise and Nutrition Collab

Join us for a dynamic exercise + nutrition session designed to support your workouts and recovery.

The first 30 minutes will be a guided exercise session led by Matt, focused on getting your body moving and energized. In the second half, we’ll shift into an interactive nutrition discussion with RD, Raihan and Diana, covering key strategies to fuel your activity and support recovery, including hydration, pre-exercise energy, and post-exercise recovery.

To make it practical and hands-on, we’ll be preparing simple, balanced snack ideas throughout the educational session, allowing you to follow along as we discuss strategies to feel stronger, perform better, and recover well.
