We invite you to participate in an in-person yoga class with Vanessa Barron. The class will start with a short meditation and centering and move through a variety of poses from lying to sitting and standing. Yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. This will be a prop-light class; however, feel free to bring your blocks or a folded towel/blanket if you use them regularly in your practice and know that you would like to modify some poses.
After the one-hour class, there will be a mix and mingle until 11am.

In order to participate, you must have an account with us through Omnify and have completed safety screening.
Only those who have been cleared to do exercises Level 2 and higher can join.
