Celebrate the autumn harvest with seasonal cooking in our interactive virtual cook-along! Join our BC BWP registered dietitians, Yolanda Wang and Raihan Hassen, along with dietetics student Diana Bratu, as they each share a unique, seasonal recipe featuring autumn’s star ingredient - apples - showcasing the versatility of seasonal produce in the kitchen.
When you register, you will receive the full recipe list for each meal, so you can choose to cook-along with your favorite recipe or all three! We’ll kick things off with a 10-minute welcome from Joanna from Gardening and Cooking in Season class, before diving into each dish.
If you plan to cook along with us, please keep your camera on so we can ensure safety and create a warm, interactive kitchen atmosphere together.
