Join us for a practical nutrition-focused cooking class that empowers you to make informed food choices and build sustainable eating habits. Led by dietitians, dietetics students, and guest speakers, these sessions will help you navigate dietary trends, compare food products, and apply essential nutrition knowledge for overall well-being.

Through weekly cook-alongs and guided discussions, we’ll put our knowledge into practice by exploring macro/micronutrients, meal planning, and grocery shopping and navigating potential barriers such as low energy, lack of time, financial constraints, movement disorders, and cognitive decline. Whether you want to optimize your nutrition or simply cook and learn with others, this class will give you the tools to care for your body and brain!
