Forest Bathing Connection Walk

Join us for a rejuvenating Forest Bathing Connection Walk , where you'll immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature while fostering a deeper connection with yourself and others. This mindful walk encourages presence and reflection, allowing you to fully experience the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest.

 

Important Notes: 

  • We will not be physically bathing or getting wet (unless it is raining).

  • There are no bathrooms at the location. Come prepared with layers, appropriate outdoor clothing and shoes, as the trail is not paved and may be muddy.

  • There may be dogs off-leash and other visitors on the land.

  • This is not a confidential group therapy walk.

  • We will walk at a relaxed pace

  • The trail is not wheelchair accessible unfortunately 

  • Seats are limited

  • There is free parking around the area 

 

Time and date: June 26, Thursday 1-2 PM

Location: In-person at Pacific Spirit Park (The Salish Trail, Along West 16th Ave) *

Cost: $10 per person, to be paid at workshop

Accepted payment methods are cash, or cheque addressed to ‘UBC BC Brain Wellness Program’
