Join us for a rejuvenating Forest Bathing Connection Walk , where you'll immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature while fostering a deeper connection with yourself and others. This mindful walk encourages presence and reflection, allowing you to fully experience the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest.
Important Notes:
We will not be physically bathing or getting wet (unless it is raining).
There are no bathrooms at the location. Come prepared with layers, appropriate outdoor clothing and shoes, as the trail is not paved and may be muddy.
There may be dogs off-leash and other visitors on the land.
This is not a confidential group therapy walk.
We will walk at a relaxed pace
The trail is not wheelchair accessible unfortunately
Seats are limited
There is free parking around the area

Location: In-person at Pacific Spirit Park (The Salish Trail, Along West 16th Ave) *
Cost: $10 per person, to be paid at workshop
